Talk to us about the seats you can't fill

Call, text or email. Tell us how many crews you run, which roles are open and what your last job ad produced, and a senior strategist will get back to you.

You can reach Roofer.Team three ways: call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. There is nothing to fill in and no sales sequence; a senior strategist reads and answers every message.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Three ways to reach us

  • Call if you want to talk it through now. Calls during business hours are the quickest way to a real answer.
  • Text if you are on a roof or in the truck. Send a line or two and we'll text back or arrange a call at a time that suits you.
  • Email if you want to send your last job ad, a link to your website or a list of open roles. Attachments are fine.

All three reach the same small team. Pick whichever fits your day.

What to include in your message

Specific details get you a specific answer. A two-line text is fine, but these details help:

  1. Your company name and city, and the area your crews cover.
  2. How many crews you run and roughly how many people are on each.
  3. The roles you need: roofer, labourer, foreman, apprentice, service tech, or office.
  4. When you need them, such as for spring opening, mid-season backfill or a new location.
  5. What you have tried: boards, social posts, referrals, a recruiter, and what each produced.
  6. Your website, if you have one, so we can check whether it can carry hiring pages.

If you're emailing, this template works:

Company: [Business name] City and service area: [City, area] Crews and people: [number of crews, people per crew] Roles to fill: [roles] Needed by: [month] What we've tried: [channels and results] Website: [URL] Best time to reach me: [days and times]

Please don't send applicants' personal details or résumés. We don't need them to start the conversation.

What happens next

  1. We read and reply. We usually reply within one business day, during Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific.
  2. A first conversation. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute consultation. We look at your hiring funnel from ad to day one and tell you where we think it leaks.
  3. A written plan, if it makes sense. Roles, channels, hiring pages, the reply flow and the plan fee, in writing. You decide in your own time. Plans are month-to-month.

If we don't think recruiting marketing is the right fix, for example because the real issue is something only you can change on the crew, we will say so.

Before you reach out

A few things to know so we don't waste your time:

  • We are a recruiting-marketing and business consulting service. We are not a roofing contractor and not a staffing agency.
  • We don't set wages or give legal, HR or safety advice. For job-posting rules and safety training, start with your province's official bodies, linked on each region page.
  • Pricing starts at $1,999 monthly, dropping to $1,499 monthly if you pay annually, with GST/HST added at your province's rate. The pricing page has the full table.

If you are not sure we're the right fit

Answer first: tell us anyway, and we'll say honestly whether recruiting marketing is the right fix. Sometimes the problem is a single slow step, like nobody answering applicant texts on weekends, which you can fix yourself this week. Sometimes it is a pay, scheduling or crew-culture question that only you can change. Either way, the first conversation should leave you with something useful.

Frequently asked questions

Who will I talk to?

A senior strategist, not a call centre or a junior salesperson. If your question is about a plan or a hiring problem, you will speak with someone who can answer it.

Can job seekers contact you about roofing work?

We don't hire for roofing companies or hold job openings ourselves. If you are looking for roofing work, contact the roofing company whose ad you saw directly.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. For eligible trades businesses, the opening 30-minute call is free and you owe us nothing afterwards, whether or not you go on to a plan.

Do you work evenings or weekends?

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Pacific. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next business day.
