The three plans

Plan Month-to-month Billed annually What it covers
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month The core marketing package for an established company; for a roofer, usually ads plus fast applicant replies
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month Wider multi-channel work, with half off any Trades.Agency website design package
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Your own dedicated team and priority support, with any website package designed and built at no extra charge

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Roofing companies add GST/HST based on their province (GST and QST in Quebec). You can stay month to month and leave on 30 days' notice, or commit for a year and pay the lower annual rate.

Which plan fits a roofing company

Answer first: match the plan to how many roles you hire and how much of the work is already in place.

  • Growth suits a roofing company with one or two roles to fill, an existing website, and a clear hiring leak, such as slow replies or a weak ad. Typical focus: crew recruiting ads plus applicant text-back.
  • Elite suits a company running several crews, hiring for several roles, or needing a proper careers section. The website discount helps if your current site can't carry hiring pages. Typical focus: ads, pages, replies and crew video.
  • Enterprise suits multi-location companies or fast-growing contractors hiring across regions, who want a dedicated team and a new website built in. Typical focus: all five services, including the off-season bench.

If your company also needs customer marketing, the same plan can cover both. We'll help you split the effort sensibly in the first conversation.

What drives the cost

Four things decide which plan makes sense:

  1. Number of roles. Each role needs its own ads, page and screening questions.
  2. Number of locations. Separate yards mean separate targeting zones and often separate pages.
  3. Starting point. No website, or one that can't carry careers pages, adds build work.
  4. Video. Planned filming days and monthly clips take more time than written content.

Ad spend sits outside all of this. A small test budget for two to three weeks is usually enough to see which channels produce screened applicants before you scale.

Check the maths before you sign

Compare the cost of a plan with the cost of an empty seat, using your own numbers. Say your crews average $8,000 of work per crew-day and a missing person slows a crew by a third. That is roughly $2,700 of output pushed back per working day. A Growth plan at $1,999 a month plus a modest ad budget costs less than one week of that gap, if it fills the seat.

Now the other side. If a plan produces applicants who quit in week one, it is expensive at any price. That is why our reports lead with hires still on the crew after two weeks. The cost-per-hire guide shows how to run this calculation honestly.

What's not included, and never will be

  • Placement fees. We don't charge per hire, and we never charge applicants.
  • Payroll or employment. We don't employ anyone on your behalf.
  • Legal, HR or safety advice. Confirm job-posting rules, employment standards and safety training with your provincial authorities. Our region pages link the official bodies.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

There is no long-term contract. You pay month to month, and stopping takes 30 days' written notice. Choosing annual billing lowers the monthly price if you are happy to commit for a year.

Is ad spend included in the plan price?

No. What you pay the platforms and job boards to run your ads is a separate budget that you decide. The plan fee covers our planning, writing, building, managing and reporting.

Do you charge per hire, like a recruiter?

No. We are not a staffing agency and don't charge placement fees. You pay a flat monthly plan fee, and every hire is yours with nothing owed per person.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. If your trades business is eligible, the first 30-minute consultation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It sits outside the paid plans.

Do prices include GST or HST?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and roofers add the GST/HST of their province, or GST and QST in Quebec.
